DETERMINATION OF DAILY MAINTENANCE AMOUNTS
FOR PERSONS IN DETENTION
(SUBSECTION 262(2))
I, JAN TANKIANG, Assistant Secretary, Policy and Planning Branch, acting under subsection 262(2) of the Migration Act 1958 (‘the Act’):
1. REVOKE the Determination (IMMI 10/035) signed by me on 8 April 2010; AND
2. DETERMINE the amount set out in column 2 of the attached schedule to be the daily amount for the keeping and maintaining of a person in immigration detention at the place specified in column 1 of the schedule in the period specified in column 3 of the schedule.
3. This Determination may be revoked and a new determination made prior to the expiry of the periods specified in column 3 of the attached schedule.
This instrument takes effect on 7 May 2010.
