AGED PARENT (RESIDENCE) (CLASS BP) VISAS
(SECTION 85)
I, KEVIN ANDREWS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under section 85 of the Migration Act 1958 hereby:
DETERMINE that the maximum number of Aged Parent (Residence) (Class BP) visas that may be granted in the financial year 1 July 2006 to 30 June 2007 is 305.

[NOTE 1: Section 85 of the Migration Act 1958 provides that the Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, determine the maximum number of the visas of a specified class, or the maximum number of the visas of specified classes, that may be granted in a specified financial year.
