GRANTING OF BUSINESS SKILLS VISAS IN 2008/2009
FINANCIAL YEAR

(SECTION 85)

I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under section 85 of the Migration Act 1958:

DETERMINE that the maximum number of Business Skills visas (classes EA and UR) that may be granted in the financial year 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009 to:

• applicants for Business Skills – Business Talent (Migrant)(Class EA); and

• applicants for Business Skills - Business Skills (Provisional)(Class UR)

is 6650.

This instrument, IMMI 09/030, commences on 28 March 2009.
