DETERMINATION OF DAILY MAINTENANCE AMOUNTS

FOR PERSONS IN DETENTION

(Subsection 262(2))

I, AGNIESZKA HOLLAND, Assistant Secretary, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection acting under subsection 262(2) of the Migration Act 1958 (‘the Act’):

1.         REVOKE the Determination IMMI 14/008 (F2014L00226) signed on
24 February 2014; AND

2.         DETERMINE the amount of $279.33 as the daily amount for the keeping and maintaining of a person in immigration detention specified in the schedule to this Instrument for any period between 14 October 2014 and 13 October 2015.

This Instrument, IMMI 14/088, commences on 14 October 2014 and continues until
13 October 2015.
