DETERMINATION OF DAILY MAINTENANCE AMOUNTS

FOR PERSONS IN DETENTION

(Subsection 262(2))

I, MARK PAINTING, Assistant Secretary, Detention Services Management Branch, Department of Immigration and Border Protection acting under subsection 262(2) of the Migration Act 1958 (‘the Act’):

1.         REVOKE the Determination IMMI 13/123 signed on 8 October 2013; AND

2.         DETERMINE the amount of $240.00 as the daily amount for the keeping and maintaining of a person in immigration detention specified in the schedule to this Instrument for any period between 22 March 2014 and 13 October 2014.

This instrument, IMMI 14/008, commences on 22 March 2014 and ceases on
13 October 2014.
