DETERMINATION 2015

(subsection s.9A(6))

I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under
subsection 9A(6) of the Migration Act 1958 (the Act) in conjunction with subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby:

1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 15/073 (F2015L00354); and

2. DETERMINE

   a.for the purposes of paragraph 9A(5)(a) of the Act, a regulated operation (within the meaning of section 7 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Storage Act 2006), to the extent that the operation uses any vessel or structure that is not an Australian resources installation;

   b.for the purposes of paragraph 9A(5)(b) of the Act, an activity performed under a licence or a special purpose consent (both within the meaning of section 4 of the Offshore Minerals Act 1994), to the extent that the activity uses any vessel or structure that is not an Australian resources installation

This Instrument, IMMI 15/140 commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
