Migration (1993) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Migration Act 1958.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1993.

2.    Amendment

2.1   The Migration (1993) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.    New regulation 2A.10A

3.1   After regulation 2A.10, insert in Division 2 of Part 2A:

Sunset provision

“2A.10A.

No application may be made under this Division on or after 1 July 1993.”.

4.   Regulation 7.20A (Refugee Review Tribunal)

4.1   Omit the regulation.
