Migration (1993) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Migration Act 1958.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Migration (1993) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

 These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 2.12 (Entitlement to be granted a visa)

2.1   Subregulation 2.12 (2):

Omit “31 October 1993”, substitute “31 August 1994”.

3.   Regulation 2.27 (Entitlement to be granted an entry permit)

3.1   Subregulation 2.27 (2):

Omit “31 October 1993”, substitute “31 August 1994”.
