AN ACT to enable the Midland Railway Company of Western Australia to transfer a portion of Swan Location 16 for the purpose of a Trades Hall.

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

This Act may be cited as the Midland Junction Trades Hall Short title.

Act, 1915.

2. It shall be lawful for the Midland Railway Company of Power to transfer

Western Australia to transfer a portion of Swan Location 16, C011- sIte" tabling about thirty-six perches, for the purpose of a Trades Hall.
