AN ACT to terminate certain rights affecting certain

Land situate in Midland Junction Municipal

District.

[Assented to 31st January, 1939.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Midland Junction Short title.

(a) every right of way at the commencement of this Junction.

Act subsisting over or in respect of that piece of land situate within the Midland Junction municipal district shown as a right-of-way twenty-five links in width between First avenue and Harper street as delineated and coloured brown on deposited Plan No. 3387 is hereby for all purposes of right of way and as to all per- sons terminated and cancelled and the said right-of-way is hereby closed; and

(b) all drainage rights at the commencement of this Act reserved and subsisting upon or in respect of those pieces of land situate in Midland Junc- tion municipal district between subdivisional lots 114 and 115, and between lots 103 and 104

of Swan location 16, as shown delineated and coloured blue on deposited Plan No. 3387 and thereon marked " drainage reserves," are hereby for all purposes and as to all persons ter- minated and cancelled and the said " drainage reserves" are also hereby cancelled.
