1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Mid-Western Regional Interim Local Environmental Plan

2008 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan introduces a new zone (the Heavy Industrial Zone), it applies to all land within the Mid-Western Regional Interim Local Environmental Plan 2008.

(2)

To the extent that this Plan rezones land, it applies to Lots 271 and 276, DP 755442, Ulan Road, Ulan, as shown distinctively coloured, edged heavy black and identified as “Conservation Zone” and “Heavy Industrial Zone” on the map marked “Mid-Western Regional Interim Local Environmental Plan 2008 (Amendment No 3)” deposited in the office of the Mid-Western Regional Council.

To promote development in Ulan that is associated with, or ancillary to, mining.

Roads.

3         Permitted with consent

Any other development not otherwise specified in Item 2 or 4.
