1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria, which refused leave to appeal under s 14A of the Supreme Court Act 1986 (Vic).

2. The application raises no question of general application and the interests of justice do not warrant a grant of special leave. Accordingly, special leave should be refused.

3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
