DAWSON J:   This matter was considered by Justices Toohey, McHugh and myself.  This matter, which relates to the setting aside of a default judgment, involves no question of principle and concerns an interlocutory decision.  Even if the substantive issues between the parties did involve a point of principle, the present application would be an entirely unsuitable vehicle by which to decide such a point.  Special leave should be refused with costs.
