Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the MFP Development Regulations 1994.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

Interpretation

3. In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—

"the Act" means the MFP Development Act 1992.

MFP core site (s. 3)

4. (1) Pursuant to section 3(2) of the Act, the MFP core site is extended to include land shown in Part A of the schedule within boundaries delineated in bold and more particularly described in Part B of the schedule.

(2) Pursuant to section 3(2) of the Act, the area of land shown in Part A of Schedule 1 of the Act within boundaries delineated in bold and marked "C" and more particularly described in Part B of that Schedule under the heading AREA C is excluded from the MFP core site.

Vesting of land excluded from MFP core site (s. 11)

5. Pursuant to section 11(2) of the Act, the land described in columns 1 and 2 of Part B of Schedule 2 that has been excluded from the MFP core site (see regulation 4(2)) is transferred to the instrumentality of the Crown that is named in the third column opposite.
