AN ACT to further amend the Metropolitan

Waterworks Asa, 1896.

[Assented to 23rd December, 1905.]

)E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

Dwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

and Legislative Assembly of -Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.     This Act may be cited as the Metropolitan Waterworks short title.

Amendment Act, 1905 (No. 2), and shall be read as one with the

Metropolitan Waterworks Act, 196, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.      The Metropolitan Waterworks Board, or the Minister for Borrowing from the

Works, while lawfully exercising the functions of the said Board, Metropolitan

Waterworks Board

may issue debentures to the extent of eight hundred and twenty increased to

thousand pounds instead of four hundred and twenty thousand S82°S

pounds, as provided by section thirteen of the principal Act as

amended by the Metropolitan Waterworks Amendment Act, 1902,

and the words " eight hundred and twenty thousand pounds" are

inserted in section thirteen of the principal Act in place of the

words " four hundred and twenty thousand pounds."
