I, the Governor, acting under the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act 1909 section 13 and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, abolish the following water reserves—
(a) the Dirk Brook Water Reserve constituted and defined by a proclamation published in the Gazette of 3 December 1982 at p. 4677; (b) the Gooralong Brook Water Reserve constituted and defined by a proclamation published in the Gazette of 3 December 1982 at p. 4677 and altered by a proclamation published in the Gazette of 6 September 2005 at p. 4117 18; (c) the Murray River Water Reserve constituted and defined by a proclamation published in the Gazette of 19 May 1972 at p. 1167 and altered by a proclamation published in the Gazette of 3 December 1982 at p. 4676. Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 15 October 2013.
