Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Amendment By-laws (No. 4) 2000

Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These by-laws may be cited as the Metropolitan Water Supply,
Sewerage and Drainage Amendment By-laws (No. 4) 2000.

For amendments to 19 September 2000 see Gazette 16 and 29
June and 1 September 20001 KIM HAMES, Minister for Water Resources.

2.            Schedule C amended

Schedule C to the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage and
Drainage By-laws 1981* is amended in item 6 by deleting
"95.70" and inserting instead —

87.00 ".
