METROPOLITAN WA'iXR SUPPLY, SEWERAGE AND DFWNAGE

AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (NO. 2) 1995

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1.      These bylaws may be cited as the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage

and Draikge Amendment By-laws (No. 2) 1995.

By-law 6.7 amended

2. By-law 6.7.lA.2 of the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage and

Drainage By-laws 1981* is amended by deleting "strata-titled".
