Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

" after by-law 5.6.8 ".

Citation

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage

and Drainage Amendment By-laws 1993.

Princip ]3y-laws

2. In these by-laws the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage

By-laws 1981* are referred to as the principal by-laws.

By-law 5.6.1 amended

3. By-law 5.6.1 of the principal ”by-laws is amended in the definition of
"plans" by inserting after "Schedule the following —

Schedule inserted

4.   After by-law 5.6.8 of the principal by-laws, the Schedule that followed

by-law 2 of the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage

Amendment By-laws 1992* is inserted.
