AN ACT to amend the Metropolitan Water Supply,

Sewerage, and Drainage Act, 1909-1970.

[Assented to 8th October, 19701

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Metropolitan 2:1rgitttli'm

Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act Amend- ment Act (No. 2), 1970.

Amendment

to s. 69A.

2. Section 69A of the principal Act is amended
