AN ACT to amend sections five, eight, twelve G, one hundred and twenty-four A, one hundred and thirty-four, one hundred and thirty-five, and one hundred and fifty-two of the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act, 1909-1978 and to make provision with respect to the office of Commissioner of the Board established under that Act.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Section 8 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "General Manager for the time being of the Board" in paragraph (b) of subsection (4) and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Commissioner for the time being".

Section 124A

Section 124A of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "General Manager of the Board" in line six of subsection (3) and inserting in lieu thereof the word "Commissioner".	amended.

Section 134 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "ten cents for each inspection" in lines two and three of subsection (2) and inserting in lieu thereof the words "the prescribed fee". amended.
