AN ACT to amend section 94 of the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act,

1909-1972.

Section 94

amended. 2. Section 94 of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by substituting for the word "ten" in line one of paragraph (i) of subsection (1), the word "twenty";
(b)	by substituting for the words "one and two- thirds" in line one of paragraph (ii) of subsection (1), the word "three";
(c)	by substituting for the word "ten" in line one of paragraph (i) of subsection (2), the word "twenty";
(d)	by substituting for the words "one and two- thirds" in line one of paragraph (ii) of sub- section (2), the word "three";
(e)	by substituting for the words "two and one- half" in line one of paragraph (i) of sub- section (3), the word "five"; and
(f)	by substituting for the words "five-twelfths of a" in line one of paragraph (ii) of sub- section (3), the word "one".
