AN ACT to amend the Metropolitan Water Supply,

Sewerage, and Drainage Act, 1909-1960.

[Assented to 30th November, 1962.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:-

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act Amend- ment Act, 1962.	and citation.

(2) In this Act the Metropolitan Water Supply,

amended. 2. Section ninety of the principal Act is

amended

(a)	by adding after the word, "therewith", being the last word in paragraph (b) of subsection (3), the passage, "and includes a home unit or flat, that is occupied by the owner of the home unit or flat;"; and
(b)	by adding to subsection (3) a passage as follows

and

(c) "home unit or flat" means a separate set of premises, whether or not on the same floor, constructed for use for the purpose of a dwelling and forming part of a building from some other part of which it is divided either horizontally or vertically. .
