An Act to extend the provisions of the Metro- politan Water and Sewerage Acts, 1880-1881), and the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Act Extension Act of 1894 with regard to water supply to the Municipal District of

Camden. [17th December, 1898.]
Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative

authority of the same, as follows:—

1. The powers granted to and the duties imposed on the Board
. of Water Supply and Sewerage by the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage

Water (Camden) Act, 1898.*'

Acts, 1880-1889, and the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Act Exten-
sion Act of 1894, in respect of the construction of works for water supply
and the supply of water and the carrying out of the provisions of those
Acts in relation thereto within the city and suburbs of Sydney, may

be exercised and shall bo performed by the said board within the

boundaries of the municipal district of Camden.

2. This Act shall be construed with the Metropolitan Water and
Sewerage Acts, 1880-1889, and the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage
Act Extension Act of 1894, and may be cited as the " Metropolitan
