Made by the Minister under section 34(1) of the Act.

The by-laws amended Water Authority (Miscellaneous) By-laws 1982*.

3. By-law 24 amended
By-law 24(3) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting “large metered”;
(b)	by deleting “in excess of 600 kilolitres”.

Schedule 6 amended instead —

5.

Saving hired a standpipe from the Corporation for attachment to a fire hydrant, the charge under Schedule 6 item 3 to the Metropolitan Water Authority (Miscellaneous) By-laws 1982 in respect of the standpipe is to be assessed as if these by-laws had not come into operation.
