AN ACT to continue the operation of the Metropolitan

Town Planning Commission Act, 1927.

[Assented to 22nd December, 1930.]

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by

and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as folows

1.    This Act may be cited as the Metropolitan Town short title.

Planning Commission Act Continuance Act, 1930, and shall

be read as one with the Metropolitan Town Planning Com- mission Act, 1927, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

deleting the word " December " and inserting in lieu Act. 2. Section thirteen of the principal Act is amended by Continuance of

thereof the word " March," and by inserting after the word

" thirty " in line three the word " one."
