AN ACT to amend the Metropolitan Region Town

Planning Scheme Act, 1959-1975.

[Assented to 27th May, 1976.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the	Short title
and citation.

Metropolitan Region Town Planning Scheme Act

Amendment Act, 1976.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Metropolitan Region Town Planning Scheme Act, 1959-1976.

Commence-

ment. 2. This Act shall come into operation on 1st

July, 1976.

Section 41	3.	Section 41 of the principal Act is amended
amended.

(a)	as to subsection (1), by deleting the passage "subsections (2) and (3)" in lines one and two, and inserting in lieu thereof the passage "subsection (2)";
(b)	as to subsection (2), by deleting the figures "1907", in line two, and inserting in lieu thereof the figures "1976"; and

(c) by repealing subsection (3).
