No. 104 of 1969.

AN ACT to amend section thirty-six of the Metropolitan Region Town Planning Scheme Act, 1959-1968.

[Assented to 25th November, 1969.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Metropolitan mliattifon

Act, 1969.

(2) In this Act the Metropolitan Region Town Rep= rovrddas

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Metropolitan Region Town

Planning Scheme Act, 1959-1969.

Amendment

to s. 36. 2. Section 36 of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by adding after the passage "(3),", in line one of paragraph (c) of subsection (1), the passage "(3a)," ; and
(b)	by adding after the word "section", in line four of subsection (3a), the words "and is payable to the person who was the owner of the land at the date of reservation referred to in that paragraph".
