Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Authority Regulations 2011.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority

Amendment Regulations 2022.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the 14th day after that day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Metropolitan Redevelopment

4.            Regulation 10 amended

In regulation 10(1) in the definition of relevant plan delete
""Armadale redevelopment area 2020" " and insert:

"Armadale redevelopment area 2021"

5.            Regulation 11 amended

In regulation 11(1) in the definition of relevant plan delete
""Central Perth redevelopment area 2020" " and insert:

"Central Perth redevelopment area 2021"

6.            Schedules 1 and 2 replaced

Delete Schedules 1 and 2 and insert:

Schedule 1 Armadale redevelopment area
