AN ACT to amend the Metropolitan Milk Act, 1932-1939.

[Assented to 23rd December, 1944.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Metropolitan Milk Short title.

Act Amendment Act, 1944, and shall be read as one with

the Metropolitan Milk Act, 1932-1939 (No. 49 of 1932 as reprinted in the Sessional Volume of Statutes for the year 1935 and amended by the Acts No. 16 of 1936 and No. 6 of 1939), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    The principal Act as amended by this Act may be Citation of

4. Section forty-seven of the principal Act is

(2) The Board shall make a yearly report of their proceedings to the Minister, who on receipt thereof may forthwith publish such report and such report shall be laid before both Houses of Parliament.

the section and substituting the words "forty-nine."
