AN ACT to amend section forty-eight of the

Metropolitan Milk Act, 1932-1936.

[Assented to 28th October, 1939.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1.    This Act may be cited as the Metropolitan Milk

1936, s. 4.	Act Amendment Act, 1939, and shall be read as one with
the Metropolitan Milk Act, 1932-1936 (No. 49 of 1932 as reprinted in the Sessional Volume of Statutes for the year 1935 and amended by the Act No. 16 of 1936), here- inafter referred to as the principal Act.
Amendment

of s. 48 of the 2. Section forty-eight of the principal Act is amended

by striking out the words "thirty-nine" in line three of

the section and substituting the words "forty-four."

Citation of	3.	The principal Act as amended by this Act may be
