AN ACT to amend Sections seven and forty-eight of

the Metropolitan Milk Aet, 1932-1935.

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Metropolitan Milk

Act Amendment Act, 1936, and shall be read as one with

the Metropolitan Milk Act, 1932-1935 (hereinafter called the principal Act), as reprinted in the Sessional Volume of Statutes for the year 1935.

Amendment

of a. 7 of the 2. Section seven of the principal Act is amended by

principal Act. adding a proviso at the end of the section, as follows:

Provided that the members who are appointed or elected to fill the vacancies caused by the retirement of members under the provisions of subsection (3) of section eight on the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, shall hold office until the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

Amendment Section forty-eight of the principal Act is amended

the section and substituting the word "thirty-nine."

Citation of The principal Act as amended by this Act may be
