METROPOLITAN MARKET TRUST ROAD.

No. 14 of 1930.

AN ACT to divest certain lands from the Metropolitan

Market Trust and to make provision for vesting the

same in the City of Perth for the purpose of a road.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Metropolitan Market Trust Road Act, 1930.

Market Place 2.

All that piece or parcel of land being portion of Perth Lot 647 described in the Schedule hereto (known as "Market Place"), and forming portion of the lands granted to the Metropolitan Market Trust under Section 42 of the Land Act, 1898, and registered in the Office of Titles as Crown Grant Volume 1013, Folio 182, is hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate.

City or Perth.	agreement satisfactory to the Governor regarding the taking over, control, and maintenance of the said lands hereby re- vested in His Majesty, it shall be lawful for the Governor, by notice in the Government Gazette, to notify the terms of the said agreement and to declare the lands hereby revested in His Majesty to be a road, whereupon the same shall vest In the City of Perth in the same manner as if it were a road dedicated or declared under Sections 221 and 222 of the Muni- cipal Corporations Act, 1906, subject, however, to the express terms of any such agreement.

THE SCHEDULE.

All that portion of Perth Lot 647 (Metropolitan Market site) contain- ing 1 acre 0 roods 14 6/10th perches and being the land bounded by lines starting from a point situate 4 chains 10 1/10th links East, and 1 chain 16 9/10th links South from the Eastern corner of the intersection of Havelock and Wellington Sheets and extending 20deg. 48min. 6 chains 88 3/10th links; thence 83deg. 4min. 1 chain 69 4/10th links; thence 200deg. 43min. 7 chains 67 1/1001 links; and thence 290deg. 48min. 1 chain 50 links tc the starting point.
