The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase fees and charges for Board services.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 34 of the Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958.

3. Fees and charges for Board services

In the Third Schedule to the Metropolitan Fire

Brigades (General) Regulations 19941—

(a)	in item 1 for "$320.00" substitute "$336.00".
(b)	in item 3 for "$160.00" substitute "$168.00".
