Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) (Charges Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 2005 to increase the charges for emergency attendances by brigades.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under section 34 of the Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958.

3Increased charges for emergency attendances

In item 1 of Schedule 2 to the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 2005[1], for "420.00" substitute "430.50".
