1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Metropolitan Adelaide Road Widening Plan Regulations 2003.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Interpretation

In these regulations—

Act means the Metropolitan Adelaide Road Widening Plan Act 1972.

4—Application for consent (section 8)

For the purposes of section 8 of the Act, an application for the consent of the Commissioner must be in the form set out in the Schedule.
