REGULATION UNDER THE METEOROLOGY ACT 1906.*

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Meteorology Act 1906,

Amendment OF THE METEOROLOGICAL REGULATIONS. 

Sale of publications.

Regulation 2 of the Meteorological Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:—

“(4.) Where a subscriber has paid the full annual subscription for one copy of the Daily Rain Map, the Daily Weather Bulletin (Interstate), the Daily Weather Bulletin (State) or the Daily Weather Chart of Australia, additional copies of these publications may be supplied to him at a reduced annual rate for each additional copy equivalent to Twenty-five per centum of the annual rate prescribed for the publication in sub-regulation (1.) of this regulation.”
