1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Merriwa Local Environmental Plan 1992 (Amendment

No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land within Zone No 2 (v) Village Zone under

Merriwa Local Environmental Plan 1992.

4 Amendment of Merriwa Local Environmental Plan 1992

Clause 9 Zone objectives and development control table

Omit “Dwelling-houses” from item 2 in the matter relating to Zone

No 2 (v) Village Zone.

Insert instead “Nil”.
