MENTAL HEALTH (TREATMENT FEES) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (NO. 5) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Mental Health (Treatment Fees)

Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 1993.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Mental

Health Amendment Order (No. 2) 1993 is published in the Gazette.

Schedule 1 amended

3. Schedule 1 to the Mental Health (Treatment Fees) Regulations 1992* is

amended —

(a)	in Part 1 by inserting before item 1 the following item — " 1A. Bentley Lodge, Mill Street, Bentley. "; and
(b)	in Part 2 by deleting items 3 and 4.
