MENTAL HEALTH (TREATMENT FEES) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Mental Health (Treatment Fees)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1997.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Schedule 1 amended

3. Schedule 1 to the Mental Health (Treatment Fees) Regulations 1992* is

amended -

(a)	in Part 1 by deleting items 1 and 3; and
(b)	in Part 2 by deleting items 1, 2 and 7.
