MENTAL HEALTH (TREATMENT FEES) AMENDMENT

(a)	by deleting "26.05" and substituting the following —
" 26.30 "; and

REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Mental Health (Treatment Fees)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1996.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 17 October 1996.

Schedule 2 amended

3. Schedule 2 to the Mental Health (Treatment Fees) Regulations 1992* is

amended —

(b) by deleting "22.30" in both places where it occurs and

substituting in each place the following —

" 22.55 ".
