Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 30 September 1994.

Schedule 2 repealed and a Schedule substituted

3. Schedule 2 to the Mental Health (Treatment Fees) Regulations 1992* is

repealed and the following Schedule is substituted —

(a)	at an approved hospital	204.00
(b)	at any other facility	220.00

Special care treatment	24.45
Supervisory care treatment	20.95
Respite care treatment	20.95
