REGULATIONS NO.21993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.       These regulations may be cited as the Mental Health Treatment Fees

Amendment Regulations No. 2 1993.

Commencement

2.       These regulations shall come into operation on 30 March 1993.

Schedule 2 amended

3. Schedule 2 to the Mental Health Treatment Fees Regulations 1992* is amended by deleting the fees respectively set out in column 1 of the Table to this regulation and substituting in each case the corresponding fees set out in column 2 of the Table.
