MENTAL HEALTH (TREATMENT FEES) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.  These regulations may be cited as the Mental Health (Treatment Fees)

31 March 19951 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1157

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 31 March 1995.

Schedule 2 repealed and a Schedule substituted

3. Schedule 2 to the Mental Health (Treatment Fees) Regulations 1992* is

repealed and the following Schedule is substituted —

(b) at any other facility	220.00

Special care treatment	24.75
Supervisory care treatment	21.25
Respite care treatment	21.25
