MENTAL HEALTH (TREATMENT FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Mental Health (Treatment Fees)

Amendment Regulations 1994.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 24 March 1994.

Schedule 2 repealed and a Schedule substituted

3. Schedule 2 to the Mental Health (Treatment Fees) Regulations 1992* is

repealed and the following Schedule is substituted —
