MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT FEES AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Mental Health Treatment Fees

Amendment Regulations 1993.

Commencement

2.       These regulations shall come into operation on 11 February 1993.

Schedule 2 amended

3. Schedule 2 to the Mental Health Treatment Fees Regulations 1992* is

amended -

a by deleting "23.05" and substituting the following -

G49041 /2/93-1350

23.45 "; and

b	by deleting "19.75" in both places it occurs and substituting in each place the following -
" 20.10
