s1 2 s3 Mental Health (Postponement) Regulation 2001 No. 46, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Mental Health (Postponement) Regulation 2001 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 8 June 2002. (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the Mental Health Act 2000 , other than sections 1, 2 and 436 and chapter 12, part 2. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 10 June 2002. ENDNOTES 1.
