Mental Health and Wellbeing Amendment (Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service) Regulations 2025

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Mental Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2023 to prescribe an additional public health service to be a designated mental health service for the purposes of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 759 of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2025.

4Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 to the Mental Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2023[1], after—

"Northern Health"

insert—

"Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service".
