Mental Health Amendment Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

These regulations are the Mental Health Amendment
Regulations 2018.

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Mental Health Regulations 2015.

4.      Regulation 4A amended

In regulation 4A(3) in the Table:

(a)	delete the items relating to:
Thomas Paul O'Flynn Matthew Patrick Seaburne-May Elizabeth Alice Mary Tate
(b)	after the item relating to Tracy Mary Ryan insert:
Lynette Si Jing Teoh MED0002171591
