s1 2 s6 Mental Health Amendment (No. 2) No. 58, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mental Health Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Mental Health Regulation 1985 . ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Interpretation) 3. Section 4, definition “designated psychiatric facility” — omit, insert— ‘ “designated psychiatric facility” means a hospital stated in schedule 7.’. ˙ Amendment of s 10 (Hospital administrator) 4. Section 10— insert— ‘(c) another place established under section 16 of the Act—the manager of the place.’. ˙ Omission of s 31 (Designated psychiatric facilities) 5 .
